There has been panic at parliament as security arrested a man who is said to have been carrying a human head to the office of the speaker Rebecca Kadaga.
It is said that the head was wrapped in form of a gift that a man was meant to deliver to the speaker’s office but only intercepted at the parliament gate that faces National Theater.
Meanwhile, information to this incident remains scanty as of now as security officials decline to speak to the media.
The parliament spokesperson Hellen Kaweesa says she is waiting for an official report from police.
