The State Minister for Relief and Disaster Preparedness, Musa Ecweru has warned spies operating in Uganda under the guise of being refugees to stop, saying government will deal with them decisively.
Ecweru made this warning on Wednesday during a function to commemorate Refugees day.
Speaking at the same event, the Relief and Disaster Preparedness Minister, Hillary Onek, said some countries he didnt disclose have been sending wrong elements to Uganda to kidnap or kill people who legally entered the country for business or as refugees.
