One person has been injured in an IED explosion at Latema Junction, Nairobi Kenya.
According to reports, the suspect handed over luggage to a bookseller before the explosion.
The Kenya Police have been asking people within the Nairobi Central Business District not to move towards Latema Tom Mboya Street where the explosion occurred. They have cordoned off the scene.
