Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has held talks with officials from the United Nations led by country coordinator Rosa Malango.
According to a tweet by the president, the two parties met on Thursday and discussed a wide range of issues but mainly how to resolve bottlenecks that block Africa’s transformation.
“At the State Lodge in Mbale today, I met officials of the United Nations in Uganda led by the UN Resident Coordinator, Rosa Malango. We discussed an array of issues, most importantly how to resolve the strategic bottlenecks that still impede Africa’s transformation,” the president tweeted.
President Museveni is currently on a countrywide tour to encourage wealth creation activities among citizens
