  1. The fund managers have to act in the best interests of the shareholders – owners of the fund and who in this case are the workers who contribute to NSSF. I suspect Byarugaba and his team are trying to hide something . They stop at advising, a decision is taken by the owners.

    NB Its high time to make managerial changes at NSSF because there seems to be gross abuse of power due to familiarity.

    In conclusion, the fund belongs to workers who safe with NSSF but not any other party.

  2. Surely let them say that if someone has saved for such a period of time, say 5 or 10 years but saying 45 years when someone has saved since he was 18 years, meaning he saved for 27 years to get 20% amidst all the problems we go through….. Its not fair at all !!!!
