President Yoweri Museveni says he will deal with all those threatening to riot, under the backing of a foreign invisible hand.
Museveni sounded the warning during his latest address on the COVID-19 situation in the county on Tuesday night, also announcing a number of measures to ease the nationwide lock down put it place to stop the spread of coronavirus.
“If you riot, we are here waiting for you. We shall deal with you. You can go with your foreigners. Plan whatever you plan, we shall crash you,” Museveni warned.
However, he neither mentioned the foreign invisible nor those they are backing.
During the address, he announced a number of measures to further ease the lock down effected in March to control the spread of coronavirus.
As of 21 July 2020, Uganda had 1072 cases with 958 recoveries with no death, something the president praised God for.
