Former Uganda Police Force spokesperson, Fred Enanga, has bounced back in the same position, replacing Emilian Kayima.
Poll Namaye has been appointed his deputy. She replaces Patrick Onyango who is now the Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP) spokesperson.
Kayima has been moved to the political commissar office in the changes that were announced on Saturday evening.
