Besigye who was traveling in his personal car to the service at Lubaga Cathedral in Kampala was rurned away by police officers who did not give a reason why the former Forum of r Democratic Change (FDC) party boss was blocked.

The former presidential candidate who had run-ins with the slain officer during the latter’s time as Operations head, praised Kaweesi as a man of good qualities.
“I had come to interact with Felix Kaweesi on many occasion and although these occasions may not have been happy moments for me, I got to realise that I was dealing with a person with good qualities. So I am personally sad of what has happened and the way it happened,” he said on Friday.
