Uganda Aviation School Sends 26 Cabin Crew Students To Ethiopian Academy For Practical Skills

The Uganda Aviation School on Monday sent 26 cabin crew students to the Ethiopian Academy in order to equip them with the relevant practical skills that suit the modern aviation industry.

Speaking to the press at Entebbe International Airport, Easter Yapkoreny, the Operations Manager at Uganda Aviation School, said that when these students return from a 3-day training, they will greatly benefit a number of carriers because they will have gained or acquired the necessary practical skills required of a cabin crew member.

Yapkoreny revealed that the Uganda Aviation School is in touch with Qatar Airways and that whenever there are global opportunities; the aviation school conducts training ahead of the interviews.

Some of the cabin crew students, who headed to the Ethiopian Academy for practical skills expressed optimism that they hope to learn more at the Academy through interaction with other students in addition to broadening their understanding of the cabin crew role.
