Police in Kajjansi have resumed hunt for one Solomon Agaba who is alleged to have sexually assaulted a man sometime back.
Agaba who is said to be a homosexual is said to have lured Jackson Mayanja Mukete into sexual actions after deceiving him that he was going to help him get pen pals. According to the investigating officer in Kajjansi, a one Odongo, the offence was committed in February 2017 at Katiko Central Zone.
The case was reported in Kajjansi police and a general case was opened GEF 02/02/2017.
It’s however said that the file miraculously went missing prompting the guardian of the victim a one Moses Lubowa to launch a Complain at the Central police which prevails over Kajjansi police.
Police however said that it is still tracing for the old file as the hunt for Agaba goes on. Upon his arrest, a new file will be opened in case the first one is confirmed to be missing.
Meanwhile, Agaba is also said to be facing other charges of homosexuality and he is believed to be hiding since committing the offences.
Agaba is renown gay and the public is urged to apprehend him on sight and hand him over to police for subsequent charges.
