It was fun on Saturday as Kampala Parents School (KPS) pupils entertained parents, guardians and well-wishers during the Sports Day held at the School’s sports ground.
The day’s affairs kicked off with a spectacular parade. The pupils led by boy scouts marched to the delight of their proud parents before the activities on the field that included athletics and fun games like the sack race took centre stage.
Children’s sports and play is linked to improvement in academic skills, classroom behavior, healthy emotional attitudes and better adjustment to school life.
Owned by property mogul Sudhir Ruparelia, KPS is one of the leading private primary schools in Uganda providing holistic education to learners.
