Uganda’s Police Chief, Okoth Ochola has until October 15th to publish a manual to govern on gun use, according to a directive from President Yoweri Museveni.
Museveni issued the directive on Saturday, Museveni also directive the police boss to stop random shootings by errant police officers and LDUs.
“I have directed the Inspector General of Police, Okoth Ochola, to ensure there is a published manual/booklet on gun use by October 15th, 2020,” Museveni said on Facebook.
