Goldstar Insurance in partnership Goldstar Insurance has launched a cover for Electronic Appliances in a move that will revolutionize the insurance industry.
Speaking at the launch of the policy at Crane Chambers today, Jay Sakaria, the Business Development Manager at Goldstar Insurance said the policy will cover for accidental damages and theft for up to three years.
“The electronics cover will greatly improve insurance uptake,” Sakaria said.
He added that the policy applies to customers buying appliances from six Hisense Showrooms in Kampala.
Moinuddin Mohammed, the Sales Manager at Hisense Uganda said the cover is an addition to the 5-year warranty Hisense offers clients.
“We have done this to give value to our clients,” he said.
