Uganda’s National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Ayota has been named the organisation’s new Deputy Managing Director, replacing knifed Geraldine Ssali, Business Focus reveals.
Ayota had been discussed as possible replacement for Ssali even before her sacking late last week. Inside sources reveal that NSSF will soon issue a statement about Ayota’s appointment.

Before joining NSSF, Mr. Patrick M. Ayota was Finance Director of Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited since September 2007. Mr. Ayota has a wealth of management experience in the areas of financial, education, government, attestation and healthcare services.
