To beat off competition from the mushrooming pay TV players, Multichoice Uganda on Tuesday March7, 2017 introduced two brand incentive programmes to appreciate their loyal customers.
‘DStv THANKS’ and ‘GOtv WOW’ will offer exciting rewards and recognition to subscribers for their commitment and loyalty to the brands.
Exciting rewards include monthly airtime bonuses and two brand new entertainment channels for GOgetters; ZeeBollymovies on channel 12 and Viasat Life on channel 57. On DStv, four new channels have been added; Nina TV on channel 143, Trigger on channel 188, ZeeBollymovies on channel 114 and Viasat Life on channel 177.
Airtime is for customers on MTN, Airtel and UTL only.

We are putting customers at the heart of the business and one of the ways is to show our appreciation for their loyalty and unwavering support by offering them more value,” said Charles Nahamya, General Manager at Multichoice Uganda.
Customers who qualify for these programmes include those with subscriptions that have remained continuously connected to DStv and GOtv nonstop for three months or more.
The bonanza started with a two weeks’ unlimited access to these exciting channels to all DStv as well as GOtv Plus and GOtv Value customers, from 7 March until 21 March. Thereafter, all customers on Premium, Compact, Compact plus, Family and Access plus, Gotv Plus and Gotv Value who stay continuously connected for three months and more will have uninterrupted access to the channels.
