About 15 people are missing after a seven-storey building collapsed on Monday night in an eastern suburb of the Kenyan capital Nairobi.
The Kenya Red Cross tweeted that response teams were on the scene at the building, in the Kware Pipeline Embakasi area.
The Star newspaper said dozens were evacuated moments before the collapse.
Witness told the paper the building had been condemned after cracks appeared in its walls.
A total of 49 people died after a building collapsed in heavy rain in Nairobi in April 2017.
