Controversial Ugandan academic, Stella Nyanzi has asked parliamentary hopeful, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine to share weed with lawmakers when he makes it to the August House in order to free up their minds.
Nyanzi made these remarks in a Facebook post on Thursday, the day Kyadondo East residents cast their vote in a By-election, Bobi Wine is participating.
“I hope he shares his ganja with many Members of Parliament because weed can unblock blocked minds. Yeah man, maximum peace and respec'” Nyanzi wrote on Thursday.
The other candidates in the race are NRM’s Sitenda Sebalu, Muwada Nkunyingi, an FDC leaning independent, Sowedi Kayongo Male and Edward Kasasa.
