We can exclusively reveal that a young people power leaning students Mobiliser Ms Natasha Nakinda, a former student of St Mary’s Kitende aged 20yrs, has reportedly gone missing.
It is alleged that the budding young and vibrant opposition figure, who is affiliated to the new People Power pressure group that is led by Kyadondo East Member of Parliament; Honourable Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi wine has been missing since June 2019
According to insider information, Natasha has been one of the most ferocious student mobilizers of the people power outfit who was expected to play a major role in mobilizing for People Power in Universities in the upcoming 2021 elections. It is alleged that this young lady who has been in her senior six vacation was earlier before her disappearance arrested only to later be released on police bond.
After being released from police custody, our source claims that she wasn’t in good health condition and neither was she mentally stable forcing her parents to take her for rehabilitation and counseling services at a Medical Facility within Kampala a period during which she disappeared and has not been seen upto date. Family sources say that all efforts to trace her at various Police stations in Entebbe, Kampala and across the country have proved futile.
By press time, Natasha’s family suffers in distress and anguish as they continue the search for their loved one hoping that maybe they could recover her body and accord her a decent burial in case she is found to be dead. Before her disappearance, Natasha was staying with her grandmother in Kisubi on Entebbe Road.
In August, Wine said in a statement that supporters of his “People Power” movement have been targeted by state agents. “Only these past three months, there have been several attacks on many friends and comrades,” he said.
