Kampala City Lord Mayor Al-hajji Ssalongo Erias Lukwago has picked nomination forms to run for Lord Mayor position.
Lukwago was flanked by his Deputy Mayor Nyanjura Doreen the lc5 woman councillor Muk , Hon. Michael Kabaziguruka MP Nakawa, Hon. Munyagwa Mubarak MP Kawempe South. FDC woman MP candidate Dr. Stella Nyanzi among others.
People interested in picking the forms have five days left before the party begins party primaries.
This development puts to rest rumors that Lukwago will be FDC presidential flag bearer at next year’s polls.
