Gov’t Reveals Shocking Details About Murder of 21 Women

The Illuminati have come into play in the recent women murders in Nansana Municipality and Katabi Town Council, Entebbe, government has said.

This Thursday afternoon Minister of Internal Affairs, Jeje Odongo tabled an 8-page statement before Parliament explaining the recent murders of 21 innocent women.  The murders take a similar pattern.

Parliament resumed business after Jacob L. Oulanyah, the Deputy Speaker adjourned the plenary sittings sine die on Tuesday, 5th September 2017 over failure by government to table a statement explain the rampant  women killings in the country.

Odongo revealed that between May3, 2017 to September 4, a total of 21 women have been murdered in the most gruesome manner at different places in Nansana Municipality and Katabi Town Council.

He revealed that 44 suspects linked to these murders have been arrested, 22 of whom have been charged in courts of law. However, three bodies of unidentified women remain unclaimed according to government.

He revealed that Police assisted by other security agencies have been investigating the motive (s) behind this wave of killings and have found out that superstition and domestic violence have been the major factors behind the recent killings of women.

In Nansana Municipality murders,  Odongo said eight of the nine women murdered were by one criminal gang for ritual purposes.

The prime suspect a one Ibrahim Kawesa alias Tetemwa, a notorious criminal, who had just been released after serving a 10-year jail sentence confessed that  he had been contracted by Tumuhimbise Phillips, alias Kanyakole, businessman to kill 12 women to enable him draw human blood for ritual performance to protect or enhance his wealth.

He said the murder of the 9th woman Kyandali Juliet is strongly linked to domestic violence. That she was killed by the husband over conflicts related to family property.

“Similarly, the murder of Zawede Regina in Bulaga town is strongly linked to family conflict over land,” he said, adding that on the basis of technical evidence and witness testimonies,  Senoga, Nephew to the deceased has been arrested as prime suspect.

In the murder of Namuwonge Jennifer, Police dogs led to the arrest of Mazuka Jonathan and his wife Mpamurungi Justine, he said.

Illuminati Comes Into Play

In the case of Katabi murders, government says police investigations point to one serial killer, Ivan Katongole alias Jenus, a businessman.

Odongo said credible witnesses have indicated that he is the mastermind behind these killings by contracting people and also participating himself.

“His motive being for ritual purpose to get human blood and body parts in order to build his wealth, protect and enhance his businesses, including his buildings under construction at Kasenyi Landing Site,” he said.

He added: “Some suspects were found with forms given to them by Katongole to enlist in Illuminati. Others have 999 (sign of Illuminati) tattooed on their bodies.”

He added that Katongole is directly linked to the murder of Nakimuli Rose because he was in her the night she was killed.

He revealed that the murder of Nabilanda Mary aka Maria is linked to domestic violence resulting into the husband killing her.

He further revealed that communities have since come up to protect their neighborhood backed up by police foot and motorized patrols.

In the process, 23 women who were targets of rape and murder have been rescued.  They are now under police witness protection and suspects have been arrested.

He revealed that factors fueling criminality include moral decadence, primitive selfishness, drug abuse, superstition, unemployment and prostitution in urban areas.

He said government has in the past defeated such violent actions and this wake of killings will be defeated with concerted efforts.
