Uganda’s Police Spokesperson, Asan Kasingye has been fired according to reports.
In a tweet that appeared to confirm his replacement, the man who took over after the death of slain spokesperson, Andrew Felix Kaweesi, said;
“I won’t have the leisure to do that as I will be taking leave of Spokesman function to concentrate on Commissariat work,” he tweeted.
Local news sources indicate that he has been replaced by Emilian Kayima, the Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson Emilian Kayima.
