EXPOSED! List Of Top M7 Youth ‘Spies’ Part I

A list purportedly showing a group of youths President Yoweri Museveni’s uses to make strides on the political scene has been circulating on social media sites; Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.

The list includes individuals ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party chairman relies on to connect with the populace.

Below is Part I of the list

David Kabanda

Born in Ntyazo, Sembabule Kabanda ranks as Museveni’s top most youth ‘spy.’ This school drop-out was brought to the political scene by Hon. Sam Kutesa who identified him from Mbabule FM where he was a political commentator. As Amama Mbabazi’s Presidential aspirations were maturing, Kabanda together with another youth spy who ranks as No. 2 on this list Kitatta Ibrahim convinced Museveni that they could greatly reduce Mbabazi’s influence among the youth. Each was reportedly given a Prado TX, a fully furnished office and shs3billion in operation funds. His current assignment is to create an umbrella of youth who don’t believe in NRM as a Party but pay their allegiance to Museveni through YONASA. Kabanda allegedly reports directly to Museveni through Maj. Nakalema. He is admin of a WhatsApp group named “Pro-M7 Youth.”

Kitatta Ibrahim

Born in Lwengo to Hon. Kitatta Abdu, Ibrahim is a graduate of IUIU and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Makerere University. Kitatta who is believed to be around 37 years has remained in youth politics through intrigue. Kitatta drives a Prado TX courtesy of Museveni and is armed with a pistol.

Kitatta’s current assignment is to check on the influence of Crime Preventers in Uganda’s politics.

Kavuma Samuel

The former National Youth Council Chairman hails from Katikamu, Luwero and is a graduate of Makerere University. Together with Kitatta and Kabanda who served on his Executive, Kavuma is part of the team that deflated Mbabazi’s support among the youth though he has successfully managed to remain in the shadows. Kavuma drives a Pick Up double cabin courtesy of Museveni and draws a salary from State House.

Akampurira Davis

Born in Kabale, Akampurira is a graduate of Makerere University and served as Secretary for Foreign Affairs in Kavuma Samuel’s NYC executive. Having contested for Western Youth MP and lost to Maj. Bright Rwamirama’s son, Akampurira through intrigue and betraying his fellow youth, found his way into Museveni’s inner circle of youth spies and is currently working underground.

Mutetsi Oliver

Born in Rakai to Rwandese parents, Oliver is a graduate of Makerere university and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at UMI. Currently the secretary for Student affairs at National Youth Council, Mutetsi is one of the most notorious youth spies who reports directly to Museveni through an SFC officer.

Ian Gumisiriza a.k.a Rutwiji

Born in Kanungu, little is known about Rutwiji’s education though he claims to be a lawyer. It is believed that he was trained in one of the Muslim countries in the middle east using a Muslim alias and speaks some Arabic. This  youth who has clashed with everybody including Lt. Gen. Tumukunde, Hon. Frank Tumwebaze, PPS Molly Kamukama and former CMI Chief Brig. Bakahumura was planted in Amama Mbabazi’s camp where he rose to head the Western youth structure of Go Forward before he delivered it to his boss Museveni.

Ian is believed to be one of the highly facilitated youth operatives with billions of shillings and a fleet of vehicles dedicated to his operations. At one point Ian was driving a maroon Nissan Murano with diplomatic license plates affiliated to the EAC Secretariat. Ian is the only one among youth ops who talks to Museveni directly by phone and his assignments reportedly remain highly classified.

Anderson Herbert Burora

A former street boy of Rwandese origin, Anderson hails from Wakiso and is one of the notorious spies that were activated to fight Mbabazi’s candidature through creating youth groups such as Concerned Citizens.

Burora’s current assignment is to poke holes in Crime Preventers Forum which is believed to be Gen. Kayihura’s political base. Burora reports directly to Museveni through PPS Molly Kamukama.

Rwigyema Newton

A graduate of Makerere university and currently pursuing a master’s degree at the same university. Little is known of Newton’s parent’s but is believed to be a bastard son of the late Man. Gen. Fred Rwigyema. Newton maintains a close relationship with Gen. Saleh and Maj. Gen. Muhoozi Keinerugaba. His current assignment is to mobilize Muhoozi’s support among university students.

Andrew Kiryowa

Born in Wakiso, Andrew is a brother to Museveni’s personal lawyer Kiwanuka Kiryowa and is currently the Wakiso District Youth chairperson.

Andrew’s assignments are coordinated by Museveni’s son in-law Edwin Karugire and are tasked with reporting on fellow youth ops and how they handle themselves in public according to sources.

Norman Tumuhimbise

The most shocking of Museveni youth spies is Norman. Norman heads the Jobless Brotherhood which is responsible for terrorizing MPs with piglets. Norman was recruited into Museveni’s service by former ISO Director General Brig. Balya. Norman has immunity from prosecution in exchange for providing sensitive intel on Ingrid Turinawe.

Norman blew his cover when he worked with fellow M7 spies Ibrahim Kitatta, Ian Gumisiriza and Burora Anderson to drop pig heads condemning the Shs6bn Handshake, an operation believed to have been sanctioned by M7 when he found out that these officials  lied to him.
