  1. This is very unfair to the vulnerable parents.
    If the government had provided equal opportunities for all Learners in all parts of the country to learn during the lock down,it would then be a valid idea.
    Many parents could not afford hiring of 10teachers to teach their children those in Lower secondary,only the rich or middle income earners could afford.
    The policy is So discriminative!!

  2. Not fair atalll for the poor man whose child did not get study materials, could not afford pay for coaching, also sets other pupils upset when colleagues promoted leaving them. Yet it was not thier liking.

  3. This seems to be a good news for us parents especially my son of primary 6 who I had to spend more than a 1000$ from March, 2020 for hiring two teachers for him to continue learning
