Arua Municipality lawmaker, Ibrahim Abiriga has confirmed that the picture circulating of him urinating is true.
Abiriga told local Television, NBS, that he badly needed to answer a call of nature hence the act.
“”I was badly off yesterday and I wanted to urinate. Why are people spreading that picture?” Abiriga asked on Tuesday.
The picture of the man famed for turning everything he has yellow begun circulating on social media sites with many making fun of the lawmaker who appeared to urinate at the Ministry of Finance fence.
