In line with its mission of providing exceptional services to its clients, the Cooper Motor Corporation (CMC) Uganda Limited is offering a 30% discount on spare parts of its New Holland tractors.
Francis Kinyanjui, the Parts Manager CMC said the offer is meant to help the New Holland tractor owners procure their genuine spare parts at a pocket-friendly price.
“With the onset of the rains, we want to encourage all New Holland tractor owners to seize the opportunity of purchasing the tractor spare parts at a discounted fee,” Kinyanjui said.
He further disclosed that the discounted parts can be purchased from CMC head office in Nakawa Kampala and CMC authorized service centers in Mbale, Gulu, Mbarara and Hoima.
Apart from ploughing and harvesting, the tractor can also be used to generate power, transport produce from the farm, make silage and also run a water pump.
Recently, government procured New Holland tractors through the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) to cement efforts aimed at mechanizing agriculture and improving farm productivity.
Agriculture Minister, Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja said the tractors and implements will be delivered to the beneficiaries including cooperative unions before the end of the 2018/2019 Financial Year. CMC is the sole distributor of Ford, Mazda, Suzuki, New Holland tractors, Eicher trucks and buses.
