On 3rd December 2025, dfcu Bank CEO Charles Mudiwa delivered a powerful address at the Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile Annual Public Lecture at Makerere University. Speaking under the theme “Shaping Africa’s Future: Intergenerational Leadership, Economic Resilience & the Power of Innovation,” Mudiwa emphasized that intergenerational leadership is “not a favour to the youth; it’s a survival strategy.”
