Makerere University Vice Chancellor, Professor Banarbas Nawangwe has accused the KCCA Councillor representing Makerere of inciting violence and spreading hooliganism at the university.
Nawangwe’s accusation against Doreen Nyanjura, is contained in a letter addressed to the Kampala City Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago.
