WASHINGTON D.C., United States of America, June 7, 2018,-/African Media Agency (AMA)/- The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), is hosting the first Continental Conference for Mandela Washington Fellows in Johannesburg, South Africa June 12 – 13, 2018. Over 400 promising young leaders from 49 countries in sub-Saharan Africa will gather to debate and collaborate on issues affecting the region. They will be joined by some of Africa’s most notable leaders in the private sector, representatives of the United States Government, and international and local organizations.
