Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni and his Egyptian counterpart, General Abdel Fattah El Sisi have agreed to Coorperate on matters of Energy and agriculture.
This development was revealed by Museveni who is on a three day state visit to Egypt.
The president posted this message on his Facebook page
“Arrived in Cairo, Egypt for a three-day state visit on the invitation of His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. I thank him for extending the invitation.
Upon arrival, I held a bilateral discussion with His Excellency El-Sisi and we later witnessed the signing of agreements in areas where our countries will cooperate. These include energy, agriculture and trade.
We also addressed a joint press conference.”
