Leading Betting and Gambling Company, Fortebet, has again rewarded its clients in Kawempe, a Kampala suburb in a bid to appreciate their loyalty.
This happened at Fortebet Kawempe Towers centre, moments before last Saturday’s Premier League matches kicked off with Chelsea playing away to Brighton.
Many customers were rewarded with gifts including original team jerseys for top English Premier League teams like Arsenal, Manchester United, and Barcelona, caps, T-shirts, pens, wristbands-all branded with Fortebet.
“We have brought you many gifts for all of you because in Fortebet, everyone is a winner. We have not only come to thank you for betting with Fortebet but to also ‘shower’ you with lots of gifts,” said John Nanyumba, the company’s Media Manager, while addressing the customers found at the centre, shortly before the gifts were given out. The rules for winning the gifts were very simple-one needed to have placed a bet of as low as 2000/= and above to qualify.
Three customers won themselves Manchester United, Arsenal and Barcelona jerseys after placing bets of 50.000/=, 120.000/= and 60.000/= respectively, in addition to wristbands and pens. All the other customers like Richard Ogwang, Denis Tumwesige, Osman Muwanika, Moses Mawanda, Luke Katamba among others, who placed bets from 2000/= won the rest of the gifts (caps, pens, T-shirts and wristbands).
“This is not the last time we are giving out gifts. In addition to placing bets and winning money, we also want to dress you up with Fortebet. For the places we have not reached, please just be on standby, we shall get to your branch soon,” Nanyumba noted. This weekend, Fortebet will still give out gifts to customers at the same centre (Kawempe Towers, opposite Kawempe market).
