A popular whistle-blowing website in Tanzania has been forced to shut down after controversial regulations governing online content were introduced by the government. Known as the Swahili Wikileaks, Jamii Forums has millions of followers on social media and Tanzanians used it to share sensitive information including criticism of the government.
