Bank of Baroda has announced changes in the banks leadership.
According to the announcement made Wednesday, Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar was appointed as Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Bank effective February 18, 2022.
His appoinment followed the resignation of Mudumba Krishnama Chary from the same position in July last year.
The bank also confirmed that Shantil Lal Jain resigned from the position of Non-Executive Director effective August 31, 2021.
These changes, the bank says, are in line with Rule 36 (2) (h) of the USE Rules Book 2021.
