A mobile money agent, Gian Nambi, has been shot dead by unknown assailants in Nalugala in Katabi Town Council (Wakiso district), URN reports.
The assailants shot Nambi at the entrance of her home around 8:50pm and ran away with unspecified amount of money.

“Her home was five minutes away from the mobile money kiosk,”Galiwango says. “She had just opened her door when they shot her because she died with an open padlock in one of her hands.”
He says police officers picked up her corpse last night and took it to Mulago Hospital mortuary.
