Francis Zaake, the Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament has been dumped at Rubaga Hospital.
Richard Lumu, Zaake’s lawyer who is currently at Lubaga Hospital, says that Zaake was allegedly dumped at the facility on Friday morning by the army.
According to Lumu, doctors at Rubaga have recommended that Zaake be transferred to Nakasero Hospital because he is in critical condition
