Agent Wins Brand New Subaru, Trip To South Africa As UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance Honors 2024 Achievements

UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance proudly honored the exceptional achievements of its sales force at the highly anticipated 2024 Agency Awards Ceremony, held on 29th March 2024 at the prestigious Mestil
Hotel in Nsambya, Kampala. The glamorous event brought together top-performing agents, managers, and company leadership for an evening of recognition, celebration, and inspiration.

The ceremony served as a testament to the relentless dedication, hard work, and outstanding performance exhibited by UAP Old Mutual’s agents over the past year.

Designed to motivate and reward excellence, the awards highlighted the company’s deep appreciation for its agents, whose unwavering commitment has been instrumental in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to clients across Uganda.

Beyond rewarding past achievements, the event also aimed to inspire agents to reach even greater heights, reinforcing UAP Old Mutual’s commitment to empowering its sales force with the tools, incentives, and recognition needed to excel in an ever-evolving industry.

The evening was filled with excitement as winners were unveiled across multiple categories, each celebrated for their remarkable contributions. The awards spanned premium items, international trips, and the grand prize of a brand-new Subaru, all symbolizing the company’s appreciation for its top talent.

Prize Winners
The Grand Prize winner was Justine Namugosa, who was awarded a Subaru. Justine also won a trip to Cape Town in the Seasoned Agents category, receiving both a certificate and a plaque. Her outstanding performance earned her the highest honor, making her the standout winner of the 2024 Incentive Awards.

The Premium Items category included agents and managers who won TVs and fridges. The winning agents were Rashid Kizito, Hanifah Nakalema, Hadijah Nakanwagi, Ruth Tumwijukye, Mary Kyendibaza, and Robert Mutebi. The managers in this category were Faridah Nazziwa and Margaret Nakakande, while the regional manager winner was Edgar Katsigwa.

In the Cape Town trip category, the winners were divided into Seasoned Agents and New Agents. The seasoned agents included Justine Namugosa and Anthony Kaguma (Team Manager). The new agents were Zackius Tushabe, Thomas Kasirye, Ashiraf Ddumba, and Judith Namwogerere. These winners earned an all-expenses-paid trip to Cape Town as their reward.

The Mombasa trip winners also consisted of Seasoned Agents and New Agents. The seasoned agents were Leilah Kabugo, Mitchelle Mugyeni, and Judith Kakuze, along with team manager Sophie Luzinda. The new agents who won were Edrida Kabahuma, Lillian Kabazaarwe, Joanah Kagoya, and Charles Kadolya. Their prize was an exciting trip to Mombasa in recognition of their achievements.

The event was a vibrant celebration, marked by electrifying entertainment and a shared sense of pride among the UAP Old Mutual family. It highlighted the company’s dedication to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, values that remain at the heart of its success.
