  1. URA should assess the route cause of these errors within their process flow and have it sorted.
    Also ensure the tax payers issues/complaints resolution process works.

  2. Those goons have led to the collapse of many businesses due to their selfishness, but at least justice was served, they thought there were the alpha and omega.

  3. This should be the moment of truth for government corporations like URA to act credibly. Congratulations to Canaan sites because they have established them selves to conduct business with Integrity.URA is not helping businesses grow. I have a bad experience where my small business was erroneously and overly taxed and intimidated to the point of closure. URA operatives even stated they have targets to meet i should not waste their time.Small b

  4. URA needs to show a good example to the Ugandan citizens. No wonder we are taking a downward trend in fighting corruption. They keep penalizing faithful companies unlawfully. Who then is there to help us in the business world. Shame upon you to the URA team.

  5. Starting point for some of us to follow suit because URA is always adamant to our clients complaints. They think they are the omega and Alfa of tax issues.
