VIDEO: Don’t Plant Now; Current Rains Aren’t Seasonal, Weatherman Tells Farmers

The Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA) has informed the general public especially farmers not to start planting as the present rains aren’t seasonal or indicating the start of the wet season.
