The Uganda Police are mourning one of their own, ASP Daniel Mugisha, who died on Sunday after sliding and falling in his bathroom.
According to a police statement on their Facebook page, Mugisha joined Uganda Police in 2010 and served in different capacities including working as OC for Mukono Katosi, Nagalama, Kisasi before joining the Police Standards Unit (PSU) where he has been working at the time of his death.
Mugisha was born on 28th August 1985 to the late Rwakiseta Charles, a man that served Uganda Police Force wholeheartedly and convinced his son to join it.
He attended Kitunga boarding primary School and Kitunga High School Muntuyera for O’Level.
He then joined East High School for his Advanced level and joined Makerere University where he did a Degree in Information and Technology (IT).
