Uganda’s President Museveni on Friday morning visited the mausoleum where Mzee Jomo Kenyatta sleeps and paid respects.

He later visited President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi and Ugandan Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, who are in hospital.
“This morning, as I end my three-day state visit to Kenya, I visited the mausoleum where founding president Jomo Kenyatta rests and paid my respects. I also visited Mzee Daniel Toroitich arap Moi and our Speaker, Rebecca Kadaga, who are in hospital. I wish them a speedy recovery,” Museveni said on Twitter.
The president is set to deliver a public lecture on ‘Integration In Africa’ at Kenyatta University.
