Museveni Moves To Replace KCCA ED Kitaka, Four Others

President Yoweri Museveni is planning to appoint a Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director.

News of this development came Friday evening with Dorothy Kisaka being touted to take the job.

Engineer Andrew Kitaka is the acting Executive Director of KCCA

Kitaka was appointed Acting ED in 2018 following the resignation of Jennifer Musisi, after a seven year reign at the helm of the city.

Before being appointed ED, Kitaka previously acted as deputy executive director when Dr Judith Tukahirwa resigned from the post in 2016.

Museveni has also presented Dr. Daniel Okello Ayen, as Director, Public Health and Environment, Ms. Sarah Kanyike, for Director Gender, Community Services and Ms. Grace Akullo, for Director, Human Resources and Administration for interviews to fill the respective posts.
