Lohana Indian Community has constructed a shs60Million dormitory for St Anthony Secondly school in Nakasongola district.
The constructed dormitory accommodates 150 students.
At the handover of this dormitory structure, Lohana Development community was represented by Board Members -Sanjay Athiya the Previous Chairman Executive Committee and Sanjay Chandarana, the Treasurer Lohana Community Kampala.
Speaking at the handover function, woman MP for Nakasongola district, Hon Komuhangi said that such donations and support are what keep th girl cild in school for better education especially schools that can’t afford shelter.
Komuhangi praised the community for the gesture saying it will help the district that suffers from massive drop outs of girls.
Sanjay Chandarana, the Treasure Lohana Community Kampala said that the Community is already sponsoring 16 girls.
