Business have been paralyzes in the Central Business District of Kampala after two explosions went off Tuesday morning at Parliament Avenue and another at the Central Police Station (CPS), Kampala.
No deaths have officially been reported.
The injured are being evacuated to nearby hospitals for treatment.
