Pictures have been emerged on social media sites showing what appears to be a bullet hole in hind screen of Uganda’s opposition leader, Kizza Besigye.
According to reports, this happened as the former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) leader was in the district for a rally organised to consult citizens on the proposed removal of the presidential age limit from the constitution.
The police have been in running battles with residents in the district that have reportedly left one person dead.
It is not yet clear whether Besigye was in the vehicle at the time the windscreen got smashed by what many believe was a bullet.
