“We are not about to stop giving out gifts to our punters (customers). This will continue to happen every weekend at all our branches across the country.” This is how John Nanyumba, Fortebet’s Media Manager started his speech during the gifts handover to the company customers at Nateete old Masaka road branch last Saturday.
This excited the many punters that were at the branch.
Punters at this branch were rewarded with gifts like original team jerseys for top European teams, Fortebet caps, T-shirts, pens and wristbands.
“We have come here to give back to you. There is no draw nor hidden terms and or conditions for anyone to win. All you need to do is showing us your betting slip and we give you any of the gifts. If you placed your bet via online, just show us your account to confirm your bets and we give you the gifts,” said Nanyumba.
He added: “If you have placed a bet of Shs2,000 and above, you are walking home with a big gift today.”
Three punters won themselves Manchester United, Tottenham and Real Madrid original jerseys after placing bets of Shs50, 000 and above, in addition to wristbands and pens.
Four other punters walked home with T-shirts while four others got a cap and other gifts. As usual, all the punters that placed bets with 2000/= and above got different prizes as mentioned above.
“For the branches we have not reached, just keep checking our facebook page to know which branch shall get the gifts in the following weekend,” Nanyumba promised.
