A Bukoto Midwest parliamentary hopeful is bitter with the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party handling of village registrars.
Daraus Bahikire has since petitioned the Lwengo district NRM chairman over the mishandling of the exercise arguing that it will sow seeds of discord in the party that stands for peace and unity.
In the petition seen by this publication, Bahikire says some village registrars made it to the list of those recruiting people into the yellow book, under mysterious circumstances.
