Muntu Apologises To FDC Boss Amuriat Over ‘Exit Statement’

Former FDC President, Mugisha Muntu has apologised to his successor, Patrick Amuriat over a statement released indicating that the former had quit the opposition party

Muntu says it is a careless statement released by his communication team. He says a clear statement will be released on his twitter handle. A statement had earlier leaked indicating that the former FDC boss had quit the party.

“I apologise to the party President Hon Patrick Amuriat for the statement released carelessly released,” Muntu said on Tuesday.

He added, “I also apologise for the comments made by Hon Bihande. I am the leader and I have to apologise for that sincerely.”
