Fixtures Announced: Onduparaka, Villa Start At Home

The second round fixtures of the Uganda premier League have been announced just six days to the kick off on Saturday.
In an unusual turn of events, the Uganda Premier League Secretariat did not schedule TV games which have always been broadcast on Azam TV, the official sponsors.
Leaders SC Villa will entertain Maroons in their first game of the season at Masaka Recreation Centre.
SC Villa have not lost a game to the Luzira Prisons side although the first round was a 1-1 draw. The Jogoos have not lost at home throughout the first round.
Troubled Express FC will start the season with a tough trip to West Nile against Onduparaka FC.
Fourth-placed Onduparaka have never lost at home since they were promoted to the top flight in the 2016/17 season yet Express FC, who are in relegation, have failed to beat them on three attempts.
KCCA FC will be the busier club in the remaining period of the season as they have to fight on three fronts.
They have CAF Champions League games starting with this weekend’s preliminary tie against CNaPS Sport of Madagascar as well as the Uganda Cup. How far they advance in both tournaments will determine the number of games they play.
The fixtures delayed with organisers tryingto fit in schedules for the newly introduced tournament, the FUFA Drum.
