DTB Uganda has joined its customers to celebrate the annual customer service week which is always effective 1st – 6th October.
The event is celebrated across all countries within which DTB has a presence. The main them for the week is #SustainingCXexcellence.
“Life is too short not to celebrate every nice thing. Our Customers have been too nice and loyal to the bank. It’s for this reason that that we dedicate this week to celebrate our customers,” said Samuel Muyingo, the Head of MTS and Marketing.
The DTB staff members were all chants thus “Dear Customers, you are the most important visitor in our banking halls, you are the purpose we work, and you are our business, ultimate boss and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.”
This year’s Customer Service Week seeks to highlight the role played by customers in building strong financial institutions around the world hence enhancing excellence and customer experience.
DTB October born customers were invited across all branches and were taken to surprise that also included a cake cutting ceremony.
Carol Nabulime, the Kampala Road Branch Manager requested the customers to switch to digital banking solutions provided by the bank including the first Mastercard Platinum Credit Card in Uganda as these provide convenience to save their time which left customers appreciating the level of innovation at DTB.
