Cooper Motors Opens Centres Upcountry

To match up with tends and competition, the Cooper Motors Corporation (CMC) Uganda Limited has opened new service centres across the country to ease access to services by its customers.

The service centres are located at Comboni Vocational Institute in Gulu and Friends Motor Garage Mbale. In Mbarara, the setup is ongoing.

According to Herman Mbalasi, CMC Country Manager, the service centres will offer customers general vehicle maintenance, express repairs, battery replacement among other services.

“Due to the growing customers, countrywide, some clients have been travelling from as far as Gulu purposely to service their cars at the CMC headquarters in Nakawa. Apart from being time consuming, it is also costly and involves a lot of risks. That is why we thought of bringing services closer to our customers,” Mbalasi said.

He added: “These service centres have also been furnished with spare parts for all our brands: Ford, Suzuki, Mazda, New Holland and others.” CMC is also in advanced stages of opening up service centres in Masindi, Fort Portal and Soroti.
