10,000 Ugandans To Get Business, Leadership Skills From Global Experts

Over 10,000 Ugandan business leaders from 400 organizations are set to receive business and leadership skills from the global renowned John Maxwell coaches.

The coaches are expected to jet into the country before the end of June and will conduct a week-long training dubbed ‘TRAiN’.

The training will take place in Kampala from 1st – 7 July 2018 and all proceeds will go towards supporting Watoto Church’s social causes.

Speaking at the media launch at Serena on Tuesday, the CEO of Solutions Africa Julius Lukwago, a certified John Maxwell coach said that the training campaign is intended to transform leadership in the fast growing entrepreneurial and management of brands in Africa.

John Maxwell, Marshal Goldsmith and Insights Discovery among others are expected in the country to transform the leadership culture in corporate, public and SME entities.

According to Lukwago, the coaches are experts in leadership, sales, strategy and customer experience with a combined experience of more than 1,000 years working with top brands across the globe.

The training is expected to accommodate/host between 30 – 40 people from senior managers to lowest managers in SMEs at the cost starting from US$500 up to US$4,000 per group.

Pastor Julius Rwotlonyo, the Associate Team Leader of Watoto Church said that all proceeds from the training will go to cater for over 3,000 children under the church support.

“As a Church, we engage in various activities to transform the community. We have rescued babies and children that have been abandoned. We believe the training is going to add value to organizations,” he said.
